Ingredients for Poached salmon with noodles
– 4 piece of 100g Salmon fillets
– 200g of dry noodles
– 28 ounce of vegetable broth
– 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
– 100g of sliced onion.
– Some smashed garlic
– 150g of thinly sliced celery
– 1 stick of pure cinnamon
– Some Serrano
– Some coriander seeds
– 50g of toasted coconut (for garnish)
– Bunch of cilantro
– 1 fresh lime
– 2 tablespoons of corn starch
Steps for Poached salmon with noodles :-
Add some salt over the salmon fillets. Let it absorb the salt. Preheat the deep skillet over medium-low heat. Put sliced onion, Cook them well. Then add thinly sliced celery. While mixing them, add some smashed garlic. Add one lemongrass. Then mix them add some coriander seeds and one cinnamon stick. Add vegetable broth. Then bring it to simmer for about 5 minutes. Then put the salmon fillets into the deep skillet. Then cover and let salmon cook well. Take salmon out. Then remove the Serrano stick from the skillet. Then add corn starch and mix well while boiling. After boiling, blend them all, adding 1 cup of fresh baby spinach.
Boil some water and add some salt to the water. Then add dry noodles. Let them cook well, then put the noodles into a bowl. Then pour some spinach sauce over the noodles. (Not all the sauce) then mix well. After mixing well, put them into a dish. Over the noodles, keep the cooked salmon fillets.
