Boiled egg with mayonnaise for diabetic diet plan
-4 large boiled egg
-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
-1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard
-Pinch of salt and black pepper powder
Peel the eggs and cut them in half vertically. Remove the yolk from eggs and put into a bowl. Mix mayonnaise with the yolk. Then add dry mustard, salt, and black pepper powder. Then mix well again. Then fill the egg with the yolk mixture, for the garnish spread small sliced scallions.

-3 cup of low sodium low-fat vegetable stock
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon of corn starch
-2 tablespoon of cold water
Boil the vegetable stock for 3 to 4 minutes. While boiling vegetable stock, mix corn starch and two tablespoons of cold water. Then put the egg into another cup and beat well. Keep them and add salt to the boiling vegetable stock. Mix it well. Then add corn starch water mixture into the boiling vegetable stock and mix again. Then take out 1/2 cup of boiling vegetable stock and mix with beaten egg. Then slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling vegetable stock like string. Then mix using a fork until egg cook well.
