diabetic dessert recipe with cinnamon rolls for diabetic meal plan
Ingredients
The dough of cinnamon roll
-1 1/2 cup of almond meal
-3 tablespoons of psyllium husks powder
-1 tablespoon of baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1/8 tablespoon of stevia
-1/8 cup of coconut oil
-1 cup of water

-1 cup of almond butter
-1/4 cup of cinnamon powder
-1/2 teaspoon of stevia
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
Icing
11/2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
-1/8 teaspoon of salt
steps:-
Making the Dough
Mix almond meal with cinnamon powder, salt, stevia, coconut oil, psyllium husks powder, baking powder, and a cup of water. Mix until combine well. After mixing them well, keep about 15 minutes.
Filling
Mix almond butter with cinnamon powder, stevia, and salt. Mix them well and keep them in the refrigerator to get some thick.
Take the dough and lay it on oil paper and flat it becomes rectangle shape. Then over the dough cover with plastic wrap. use rolling pin roll very gently. Do until Dough gets very thin. Then take away the plastic wrap, and apply coconut oil to the dough using a brush. Then spread the almond butter mixture using a spoon. Then roll the dough using the oil paper. After rolling the dough cut it into slices. Take a muffin tin and put cupcake holders. Then keep the sliced cinnamon roll on them. Preheat the oven. Keep it for about 20 to 25 minutes in the oven.
Icing
Until the roll bake. Mix coconut oil with cinnamon powder, stevia, and salt. Mix them well.
Then take out the cinnamon roll out and drizzle the icing on the cinnamon roll.
