Put all the ingredients into a bowl. And mix them well. Then make the mixture into cookies shape on paper. Then put them into the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then enjoy your diabetic dessert.

-3 cups of sliced apple
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
-1 cup of soya milk (unflavoured)
-2 cup of low-fat milk

-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-1 1/2 cup of almond milk
– 1/2 teaspoon of lakanto maple syrup
-1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
-Some seed cereal
steps:-
Mix well almond milk and chia seeds. Then add lakanto maple syrup and mix it again. After mixing them, add hemp seeds and mix well. Then cover and put into the refrigerator. Keep it overnight. When you serve it, spread some seed cereal.
