-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-1 1/2 cup of almond milk
– 1/2 teaspoon of lakanto maple syrup
-1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
-Some seed cereal

Make a pulp from a banana. Then add peanut butter to the banana. Then mix well. Next, add chia seeds and mix. Then add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking powder. Mix them well. Then prepare the mixture as cookies shape. Put them into the oven and keep 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
