The best 15 minutes Korean style sesame and spinach salad for diabetic meal plan

Ingredients

-350g of baby spinach with stems
-4 cups of water
– thinly sliced green onion
-2 tablespoons of sesame oil
-2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
-salt as your taste
-1 clove of minced garlic

steps:-

Preheat 4 cups of water on top of low heat and put baby spinach into the boiling griddle. Leave it for about one minute. Make sure submerge them in the water.
Then take out and remove the water using your hands. After that, put them into a bowl. Then add minced garlic, Thinly sliced green onion,  sesame oil,  sesame seeds, and salt to your taste. Then mix them well and leave for the seasoning. And enjoy your 15 minutes diabetic meal plan.

Ingredients

-400g of thinly sliced collard greens
-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
-1 clove of minced garlic
-2 tablespoons of vinegar
-salt as your taste

steps:-


Heat olive oil. Put minced garlic. Then add thinly sliced collard greens. Then mix them well and let them cook well. Then spread vinegar and mix.
